ordered fob for 11 Ram. emergency key wouldn't stay latch kept losing my fob in my pocket and dropping keys on ground. contacted customer service they responded, explained it even sent a video showing how easy it came out. Basically responses were how the latch works and toned that I was an idiot that didnt know how to operate a self latching key fob. After that no more response got their money for the crappy "top tier " refurbished so customer care didnt care anymore! FYI I superglued the key into the POS Noble Fob so I dont lose it no more. RECOMMEND finding a place with not only better products but better service than this junk! crossed posted to Google too. Yelp next

They quoted me for $100 less than other locksmiths and the total time from booking over the phone, at technician meeting me at my car, and having new keys created was just over an hour.

I called Jeff from the Waukesha, WI location on a referral for an old SAAB that nobody really handles anymore. He did alot of research and used his network across the country to learn how to program a spare key, His communication was excellent and I feel really good with the price. It could have been impossible for a car that they don't make anymore but he made it happen! I feel much better having a spare key! Thank you Jeff!
